📦 Delays or Issues
While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

🚫 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Re-shipping charges may apply.
📬 Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@dresshouses.shop. Changes may not be possible after the order has been shipped.
